the simplest way just go and tell her as long u keep it up to u somebody else would do it make it quick as soon as possible if she said yes its okay nahi to koi aur dekh lena yaar there are a lot of chicks around but if its serious than give her 1 good reason so that she really believes on u & can surely rely on u to love u that's it.ho sake to abhi jaa ke bolde (kal kare to aaj kar aaj kare to ab pal mein deri ho jayegi pagle karega kab).

Look at her eye to eye and say in a firm voice that you lover her. But most importantly make sure that she dont have a boyfriend. Or else you will get hurt.

first bu make sure that which caste or region she belongs and wheather she is good with others and u try to talk to her and make friend first and be with her try to make understand and also u understand whatever she speaks u and at last u propose to her with a red rose because red is the colour of love

first get close to her. become friend with her. find out weather she loves anyone or not. if she doesnot love anyone then say it to her directly.
