Should The U.S. give the Illegals amnesty if they serve in the army, are not part of a gang, are not doing drugs, and are hard workers? Oh yeah, and are not using somebody else's social?

If they are willing to do their part to earn US citizenship, then yes, by all means.

There is one over-riding reason against amnesty. Legal status allows you to sponsor relatives into the country. So illegals bring more people in with them, but this time legally. Please learn from the UK before it is too late. Britain's lax immigration policies have caught up with them. As a native of that country, it hurts me to see it going downhill like a 53' truck with no brakes.
I am almost persuaded by the argument that illegals serving in the army (who probably came here as children) should receive some benefit from fighting for this country, but I also see the problems it can cause. If we address those problems it might become the right thing to do.

The ONLY exception I would agree to is for those who have served in the armed services in COMBAT duty. Otherwise, I would send them all back to the country from which they have come.
The government keeps telling us we cannot possibly find all of the Illegal aliens. Simple!! Just cut off ALL of the benefits they receive: free medical, free education, drivers licences, EVERYTHING!! They wiil leave then!
Also, when illegals come here to give birth, their offspring should NOT be declared as citizens!

If they are in the service then they have been here for years already their parents brought them here illegally, illegals that are coming now are not in the service because they cannot speak English so they need to be deported, the ones that have come in the last 10 years need to be deported. They are destroying our school system and our health system, I am tired of higher health cost because of them, they are bleeding us dry. No Amnesty it just means more will come waiting for the next Amnesty. Their are now 40 thousand Chinese waiting to be deported, the Chinese government will not take them back, so now what! we let them stay also, and then the next 100 thousand and the next, when in the hell dose it stop.

No, if the first thing someone does when entering into the United States is illegal (Crossing the border illegally) then all he deserves is a one way ticket back to where he came from. It doesn't matter what good he is doing if he is a criminal. Has any illegal immigrant ever served in the army? I honestly don't know, but to me it sounds like if that illegals do then they are just asking to be deported, I mean come on, don't you have to give your social security number to enlist and other important information?

No, they entered this country illegally and continue to break the law by being here illegally. We should not reward them for this. If they want to be here they need to go back to their home country and immigrate legally. There are reasonable means in place to do this. We are in the process of finishing my husband's immigration paperwork LEGALLY.
I am sick of people going on about granting amnesty to illegal immigrants, this makes no sense. We are not going to grant amnesty to other felons and fugitives and we should not make special exceptions for them. If we do that how can we expect them to take any of our other laws seriously? It is like a parent trying to discipline with empty threats.
And True Grit, you fail to realise by being here illegally that makes them a criminal (they are breaking our laws).

No amnesty for illegals, to give amnesty is an insult to the hardworking, non-criminal LEGAL immigrants. They shouldn't go to war, they should go home.

Shouldn't LEGAL immigrants, who haven't committed any crimes, be in line for amnesty before ILLEGAL immigrants?

Amnesty is a general pardon from the government for law-breaking. It's against the law to cross our borders or overstay visas without permission. It's against the law to avoid deportation once you've been ordered to leave. It's against the law to re-enter if you've ever been deported. And it's against the law to recruit, hire, harbor or encourage those lawbreakers.
