Just tell her straight out, make it definite and clean, don't give her any false hopes about it possibly working out in the future. I think if you've only been together for a short time it's ok to tell a white lie to make her feel better (following the above). But if it was serious she deserves the truth. Afterwards give her some space, don't call her to see how she is, except maybe a week or so later. If she calls pick up once or twice, but if it's excessive then tell her you need space or something.

why are you dating her in the first place when you are not into her?

So, as long as it doesnt involve an: e-mail, text msg, written note, rumor, or disapearing act.

Just call her, tell her TO MEET YOU IN PERSON somewhere because you should talk. Explain to her how you feel. She will be pissed and hurt probably but in the end she will respect you for having the balls to tell her to her face and honoring the relationship no matter how insignificant it was to you. And..depending on you guys' age group, she won't have this terrible memory of you using one of the earlier methods mentioned to "dump" her.

Be nice and understanding. It will hurt her, but be as kind as possible, ok? Good luck. Maybe just say like: "Things aren't working out between you and I. You are a great girl (unless she's not) and I enjoyed having you in my life, but I am not seeing this going any further than it has. I am sorry."

First, what you need to do is make sure you have male genitalia. Second, make sure it produces testosterone. Once you're completely sure that you are a male, tell her you are no longer interested. Think how cowardly you sound.

Tell her, sorry but I don't think this is working out and I don't want to date you anymore.

Tell her nicely. At his time you are leading her on. and that's not fair. The longer you date her the more attached she will become.
