does he know you like her? if he does, then your friend sounds like a douche. make a move before he does. or tell him to back off. or see who she's interested in and let her choose.

If he knows you like this girl , then he not a "friend" . Let her know that you dig her and be sincere. Give her a little time , and continue to show "honest and sincere" interest in her. If she try's to play you both, find a different girl and be glad you found out she not the early and saved all of that heartache, time and money. Good Luck!

First keep your friends close and your enemies closer. Talk to the girl remember this foo doesn't own her just cause he is moving in on her. Don't I mean it Don't bad mouth dude or you will seem insecure and like a hater. Don't let the chance to get to know her and her know you pass by without letting her know that you are interested in spending time with her.
