It happens all the time, you don't have to be a sociopath or seek counseling and sh*t. The difference with you is (and I am assuming based on your wording here) that you said you :lost: these obsessions and emotions. Things happen to people all the time that can make them lose emotions. So yes, it is possible, but if it lasts too long it could inhibit you from actually living. If you have a problem with this, try changing things in your life, see if any of it spurs any emotion.
I've been dealing with this since I was 7. Didn't even care enough to try to change until a few months ago. Slow work, but possible.

So you have lost all of your obsessions? You would never want to be with two chicks at once or have sex in a public place or anything kinky? If you lost all your emotions then your probally a sociopath, or a psychopath. Try killing someone maybe that will get you excited.
Try being honest with your girlfriend, although I wouldn't recommend it if you want to keep getting some.

Some people can, because they don't have the capability in their brain to create real emotions. that is why serial killers do it, they don't feel guilty. anyway, it's not a good idea to tell someone you love her when all you do it for is sex. you'd just be considered an a**hole to everyone around. Whether or not you care, it still sucks.

Obsessions? Perhaps you mean passion because obsessions are not healthy. If you are only in it for the sex and she wants more, be honest and let her choose whether she wants to remain with you or not.

Are you on medication. If so, get it changed. If not, maybe you need some. Go see a psychiatrist. You can't go like that forever.
