the depths of the ocean reside in your eyes
flame of mind to consume the darkness
hope so powerful it fuels the flame
scorching the expanses of my fevered heat
risen from within
light encompassing all
never relenting joy
within eyes so deep
burning deep
consuming me
giving rise to the man I wish to be
born from the flames
you bring life
joy unrelenting
all encompassing
The eternal breath of life
is horse
the unrelenting will to quench my thurst
relief can only be found in the depths your eyes embody
all that is great
all that is will
all that is love
in joy I am blind
without your sight
my thoughts flee to another land
to be free in the brilliance
of your light
but I am bound to this earth
I cannot break my chains
keeping my love from you
caged forever
within
the most rigid of cages
an apathetic reality
my plight
light fades
as your brilliance is lost to my sight
but not to my heart’s
embrace

that's very interesting. I like your style alot. Alot of people look for a pattern and that is "what poetry is". But this is from the heart, which I appreciate more than anything. Nice work.
