illinois repossession?

How do I get, if I need one, an illinois repossession licence? Me and a buddy of mine are lookin to get in to the repossession business and want to know what we need, licence or permit wise, any info would help. Ive searched a bunch of different titles in yahoo but came up with nothing but repossession business'.

Most repo business' are run through towing companies. I think it best if you contact your state's licensing agency, for small business info.
