skateboard videos?

i used my digital camera to video tape my cousins skate video. it has no sound. i was wondering if there is a program i can use to put music in the background

Most video editing software programs will let you add a music track to the video - you can start with Windows Movie Maker (if you're using a Windows PC), or try some of the move advanced programs such as:
