I too have spondylosis (with me it is throughout my entire spine), if you google: spondylosis causes and treatments, you will find a wealth of information. Usually treatment is conservative, meds for the pain and inflammation (if needed), physical therapy has many different modalities that they can use: heat, ultrasound, electrical stimuli, etc... and keeping active is very important. With me even when it's painful I often have to remind myself, "if you don't use it, you will lose it", and I want to stay as active as possible. Good luck to you and I hope this was helpful.

you will need ot see a doctor for that and i know ther are alot of treatmeants, if you did no know it is mainly degeration of your bones,, but go to yuor doctor and they can help you out wondefully

many people treat the systems with physical theray.. have you considered that??
