Spray a little "Static Guard" on your brush, or rub it with a fabric softener sheet.

It may seem like static electricity, but it's not! All the hair that has built up in the brush gives off energy, and then dries out. Take as much hair a possible out of the teeth of your brush. It also may be the way your and brushing your hair. Don't push down and out, it will make you look like you have fly away hair. Try using a spray bottle before brushing too, it just might be doing that to your hair because of your hair type! Next time you get your hair trimmed or cut, ask a professional. Hope I helped!

try rubbing a bounce sheet on the brush or use some static guard that comes in a can, they make a travel size that is easy to stick in your car or purse

spray a lil hairspray on it b4 brushing. it's probably your hair though. you can rid the staic by running a small amount of wax/pomade though your hair.use professional products. they dont cause build up.
