Please help me with this brochure?

Question

I have to make a two panel brochure. On microsoft word it gives me all these templates but I don't want any of them. I just want a blank one so that I can use Arial font size 11. It will not let me do it. I'm just going to write what I need to write for my brochure and then have somebody help me at school on Monday. I really need to know how many words will fit on a two panel brochure using Arial size 11 so that I know how much room I have. Could somebody please help me???? :'(
