This is the problem...., the guy who im going out with; is named Mario..., I've known him almost, my whole life. IM 18 yrs. and HE is 20 yrs. old. Well Last year he asked me if i wanted to be his lady. and I of course said "Yes" , but then after a month he got locked up for (Agrivated Assault & Robbery) :( ...S0oo, i couldn't just end our relationship ..Right There & Then because, these our the moments when he needs me the most. YEah..well, after 5 months he got locked up , I Met this guy on the Yahoo Messenger....His name is Jaime; He's 19 yrs. old. We met on my B-Day .....,we began talking as friends.., but then as the months passed , I started to notice that we had Lots of things in common. Until one Night, while we were talking on the phone, he confessed to me that He was starting to have Feeling for me, (liking me) i told him that i felt the same way for him to....but that i didnt know what to do,because of Mario..(I told him about Mario,since the begining)I dont know what 2 do

You know already who you want to be with. This is not about who the good and the bad guys are. It sounds you are with Mario because of guilt, and that is not a good reason to be in a relationship. Life is too short, you should try to find your happiness. This is more than enough reason to break up with Mario.
And about Jaime, you should get to know him better before starting anything. You should make sure you want to be with him because of the right reasons and not because you felt lonely or needed someone to talk to after what happened with Mario.

Is Mario still in jail? Are you sure you want to be with someone who is 1) in jail and 2) did something so bad that he had to go to jail?
I hate to say it but if it were me Mario would be dumped the second I found out . Aggravated assault & robery is very serious. He doesn't sound like the kind of guy you should be hanging around with.
The choice is yours but it sounds like Jaime is a better choice than a convicted criminal.

If you are having feelings for Jamie, and you still want to be there for Mario, now is the best time for Mario to get over you. out of site out of mind. Let Mario know you respect your relationship and him, and want to be there for him AS A FRIEND, but only as a friend. That you guys are in different chapters of your life. If you have known him your whole life I am sure he respects you just as much as you him. he can respect that, friends do grow apart as they grow older. This may need to be the case right now, it sounds like he needs help with him, before he can care for you.

oooooOoooooooooh. You are probably gonna go back to mario because he sounds like a badboy, someone who is dominant, and if Jaime (lol jaime is a feminine name) is a wuss, then you are DEFINITELY gonna go back to mario. Flip a coin, choose one or the other, because I doubt the relationship is going to last forever, so but if you think it will, then pick the one you can better imagine growing old with, or being together for a looonnnnnnnnnngggggg time.

i would go with the new guy. is the other guy still in jail?? i mean, he may need you in a time like this, but you need to be happy too. he can't expect you to wait for him for 5 months while he's in jail. i think your best option is to end it with mario and go with the new guy, but still be there for mario AS A FRIEND. you can go and visit him, as long as it's ok with the other guy, and talk to him, just not be dating him.

if u dont want to be wit the mario guy dont feel guilted into it. u cant put your whole life on hold for someone whose locked up. just go for the one u like the most and dont worry about hurting feelings! good luck!

what's the problem here, you don't owe Mario anything, he ruined it by committing crimes, you don't need that drama in your life. go with boy #2 and live a good life. let mario find him a friend in jail to depend on. ask yourself would he wait on you? only if he could do no better.

Dump Mario, but first meet this guy and make sure he aint a sexual predator or nuttin. Besides what if Mario does it again. You could be waitin along time for him.
