you can still probably drive a 50cc motor scooter if you want to until your 18. You dont need a license, insurance or to get it registered in most states.

Somehow you got the officers attention. That's why you got pulled over. Now, you got a ticket. Either pay it or go to court & ask the judge for leniency. When you pay your fine or receive your sentence, the courts will either tell you when you can qualify for your driver's license or go to the license bureau to find out. Be honest. You have a record whether you like it or not. Use this ticket as a learning experience & help your friends learn to avoid the painful lesson you are receiving

Probably 18 is the earliest you will be able to get a license. Here in Florida, if you are caught a second time, you can find that you can not get a license until you are 21.

No, you broke the cardinal law in Texas that forbids you from having a driver's license now until you turn eighteen because you were caught driving underage without a license. And you were so close to getting it.

Yea in fl if u have ur prement u would want topersistent with somebody over 21 and if u get caught u ought to lose ur license till ultimately ur 21 or 18 or till ultimately u get ur highschool degree so its all as much as u! i does not prefer to lose my license once I in simple terms have been given it.

It might be, but most likely not. That was one of the stupidewst things that you could possibly do, really.
