what are those railings called that u block off the crazy fans/ paparatzi on red carpet events? where can i buy those/thanks.

They are called crowd control barriers. You can buy them online, and probably locally if you have a look in the phone book.

Talk to a high school or college near you and ask where you can buy or rent them.

they are called barrier fencing i think. you probably have to special order them.
