NO, not good. You are stretching the hair shaft and then breaking it. It will end up exactly the same way as the one that was pulled off. Hair should be cut with sharp high quality scissors to guarantee a great cut, and a great look.

Actually, no it doesn't work. In fact, it just makes it worse. The only true relief from split ends is a trim. There are leave in conditioners out there that help heal some of the beginnings of the split, but a hair cut is recommended.

because if you leave split ends;; they will split all the way up your hair, then your hair breaks. then you might have to get your hair cut really short. take care of your hair! =]
trust me, i always pick at my split ends.

i do that all the time!!! i dont kno if it helps get rid of them but its a way to pass time in class and is quite amusing haha

Yeah, i know for a fact it does work! I cut my slit ends off..and it looks like a hair cut...seriously!!! Its...amazing...lol!!! Good luck...dont cut off chunks!!!

mallice is right.dont pick at them or use scissors that are household ones.if you want nice healthy hair see your stylist. thats what we're here for.
