What color high lights should i try in my hair?

I what to look hot and i love purple. I already tried red.

Here is my details.... -dark brown hair
- tan skin

It depends... do you want to go crazy or mellow?
If you want crazy: try purple. u love purple so why not try it?
If you want mellow: try a honey blonde,light brown, or a couple shades lighter than your current color.

You could try going for a greenish purple. It might be a nice contrast to your skin tone. Or if you are looking for a complementary color check out what color the shadows under your eyes are when you don't get enough sleep and do something in a more saturated tone along that color. For me that's a purplish brown so Bright purple looks good on me but, my sister it's a more greenish brown so green looks good on her.

i would try Carmel colored high lights. it complements your skin tone and looks good in dark colored hair.
