when you are trying to convince or enforce your response?

People are trying to further enforce their point...

But, people should be convicted by your testimony...and not by you throwing scriptures around to imply a stronger message...

The apostle Paul said that you should speak wisely of the things that you have a knowledge of and that your testimony should have strength in it....


and people do it not knowing that they have subjected themselves to a spirit of manipulation....

You don't have to force the Word of God on anyone....

People should feel the passion of what God and Christ have done in your life by the way you live and speak....

It doesn't take Bible beating to get the point....it takes conviction from your FAITH....

people lack that at times

Because they are still waiting for those things to be revealed unto them.

I don't quite get your question, but if I had to guess, I'd say this is similar to "god works in mysterious ways." From my point of view, it is a cop out.
