I only like older men but these stupid chatrooms and dating sites aren't working. Where can i meet a man who will chat with me without joining some stupid program?

sounds like you have been in the wrong chatrooms and dating sites. There are so many out there now it's hard to find the good ones.
If you goto HubTalk it lists only the quality dating and singles sites... http://www.hubtalk.com/
Everytime you refresh the page new links should come up. Only quality sites are listed so you should have more luck!
There are even a few good free dating and singles sites listed.

it's a tough thing to do, most women I have met through singles sites have low self esteem and only join those sites so hundreds of guys will try and tap dat azz and make them feel viable again. it is exhausting for sure, pick one up in a bar and ya got skank on your tool. groceries store and they don't want to appear desperate, appearing snotty seems have a more pleasing outcome for them, they can then blame all the men for their woes.

I don't know what you consider "older men" but I agree, dating sites don't seem to be working for me either. But you'd have to give some details about yourself if you're hoping to find some on this site.
