Yes there is GOD why he is not listening to us because you are not ready to see him in the way of doing good things... then how can he listen to us... In this world each and every person are not ready to take care of public or even your neighbors then GOD doesn't like to listen to us....

After all, if you contact him 'anonymously', do you really expect him to take you seriously, & get back to you? Then to, there are stipulations as to the content of prayers that are payed attention to by him.

He does. But perhaps you don't realize it. Besides, many times when we ask Him for something and He doesn't give it to us, the main reason (He says in the Holy Quran) is that it's probably because the thing we want is NOT good for us, and He knows what's good/bad for us. It could also be that He is testing your patience; just how patience and humble are you? Just how weak/strong IS your Faith in Him?
When you pray to Him, asking Him for something, try doing this: Praise and thank Him for everything first (this could be ANYTHING! Be it parents, children, siblings, or even eyes and nose and arms/legs); after praising and thanking Him, pray for OTHER people first (friends, family, neighbors, even an enemy); THEN ask Him for whatever you need/want; and end by praising/thanking Him again. If He doesn't give it to you, I think you should thank Him for that since He most likely saved you a lot of pain and trouble. That's how I see it.
Peace and blessings of God be upon you, and I sincerely pray that God give you whatever you're asking for --as long as what you want is GOOD for you and will bring you no harm.

There are 6.5 billion people on earth and most of them have wishes for the God there would also be large no. of other things that God has to accomplish,so how he can serve the wishes of every individual? He must be having some criterion.
May be it is true to say God help those who help themselves as he has provided you with many assets like brain,conscience etc.
May be he wants us to try uptill last moment,and worship regularily.
So,just keep trying,keep remembering God,and have a little patience.Surely he will increase the priority of your wishes and they will come true

Maybe you are talking the the wrong pwoer. God listens to everyone and He answers everyones prayers. Only thing is, His answers are in form of signals and opportunities. By the time we realize those opportunities, the doors are closed. We gotta be wise enough to understand those signals and grab those opportunities.

Sorry to say but my friend GOD is not in a form which you are trying to search him.
GOD is nothing but NATURE itself. It has no shape, no form, no face.
All its process are so well set that theres no escape.
You are asking why he is not listning to you.
Just think whatever problem you are going through, is because you have created it yourself and now you want GOD to come and solve it.
Remember you reap what you sow.
You have all the answers of your Q's.
Instead of blaming someone just think in broader manner.
There are solutions. You have to find them out.
Remember you and only you are resposible for all your deeds.

First of all accept life as it is then give your 100% to make your dreams come true, whatever may happen,..people will com to stop you...u will have a lot of hurdles....but you should not give up...keep trying and don't expect.
