I am 14 and I have really great looks and a nice personality. I am usually shy and nice to girls. In class the teacher paired each of us up with a partner. I got paired up with the girl I like. The problem is that she knows I like her and she would never talk to me even if she had to. I do not want to talk to her first becuase I do not want to make her feel awkward, I just wait for her to talk to me. Why wont she talk to me even if I am so nice? I have great looks too. What is the problem?

Maybe she just doesn't like you at all.
Or maybe she really does like you but she feels awkward about it and wants you to speak first.
Or maybe she's a mute?

THE problem is that you are acting like a wuss, haven't you ever heard the saying that nice guys finish last? well guess what when it comes to relationships, and picking up gals, it's 300% true. ASK any woman, if she prefers a hot nice and sincere guy, or a average looking person who is just a little overconfident. I'll bet that 9/10 will pick the second one because they don't a WUSS boyfriend. So stop being a wuss, and start talking to her, and she gives you the cold shoulder say something like 'Do I look that hot that you are shy? I'm sorry should I wear a mask?' OR 'What's wrong can't stand my heat?' or something about how your looks are making her shy. She will probably unreluctantly recognize this as flirting and say something back. If you change up your personality as being a cocky, AND funny (sarcasm-like funny because flirting is sort of like sarcasm too). then you will start getting results overall. REMEMBER if you act like you have enough authority you can get away with -ANYTHING-.

Maybe her parents are really strict and won't let her have a boyfriend yet?
Maybe the fact that you DON'T talk to her makes her feel awkward!
Smile at her lots :)
Talk to her about the project you are working on together.
Impress her with your intelligence :)
Make sure you do the BEST possible work with her, so you get a really high mark, then she'll want to be paired up with you next time! :D

Maybe your not her type or shes shy.
I know its hard to face the truth but why else?
She might just like you as a friend or she has her i on a special someone.
I think you should talk to her, just give it a chance; you never know, and invite her to a place the two of you can hangout and chat. You seem really nice and I think you should give it a shot.

Aside from your looks and nice personality, maybe there is something else she doesn't like about you. Either that or she's interested in someone else. But if you keep trying, it might work out. Just don't freak her out or anything. And if you can't get her to feel the same way, try to be friends.

This is the problem in early adolesence....each party is waiting for the other to speak. GO FOR IT! point blank. It is better to know right away if she's into you, then wait weeks and torture yourself wondering. I've been there, and no, it doesn't get easier from here....you just need the experience.

well think about your assignment and show her you are a hard working guy and focused on things that you need to and just be yourself i am a girl who likes a guy thats cute and hardworking and funny so try hard and do what you think you should
