You may want to gently touch her front paws to see if there is any sensitivity. Also take her to another vet to get a unbiased opinion. There could have been a flaw int the original procedure that left your kitty tender. Perhaps a portion of the nail left??? Anyway, go with your gut, if you feel that something is not right, get it resolved. We choose them, and it's our responsibility to take the best care of them we can. Good luck to you and your kitty. :)

My siamese was declawed (my mother's choice not mine) when we first got her 9 years ago. The vet messed up and the nails were starting to grow back through her paws. So we took her to a new vet and they had to do the procedure all over again. I would take the cat to a different vet and let them know of your concern. The best that can happen is you pay the office visit fee and find out that your cat isn't in any pain and that he or she is healthy.

Having a cat "declawed" is like cutting off your fingers.
Pretty sad procedure and should be banned.
In this case it might not have been done propperly and a growth might be causing pain in the paws, so the cat tries to ease the pain by not putting weight on them.
Maybe take her to the Vet and ask to cut off the paws while your at it....

That's how one of my cats, Squirrel, got his name--I got him from a friend when he was just a tiny gray ball of fuzz, and he would sit up on his hind legs and look just like a little squirrel.
The furry feet usually don't bother them, unless you notice her licking or chewing at her feet. The only solution for that is to trim the excess hair which might be an adventure and could cause more problems than it would be worth. If she goes outside at all, however, the fur can collect dirt, salt, etc. which can irritate their feet. If that might be the case, wipe her feet clean when she comes inside.

Probably not. She may be sore though. De-clawing isn't healthy for cats. It's like wearing high heals all the time. They can never stretch out those tendons again. So she may be going through some sort of adjustment period.
However having said that, one of our cats sits on his hind legs and swats our dogs nose. They put up this hilarious boxing match, dog( a Shepherd) looks ferocious mouth open jaws of death droooowelling! Cat wins with no blood shed. He never really trys to hurt the dog, even though he has razor sharp claws, he tucks them in when he does this. The dog has grown to love this fisticuffs and it is priceless!
So just keep an eye on kitty.

I think she likes to stand on her back legs, cats are funny, I wouldn't worry unless her front paws are sensitive to touch

She is both pregnant or she has a blockage in her gut, both way you would possibly want to take to the vet right now. What she is doing is exhibiting a demonstration of extreme misery and she might want to die if no longer dealt with on the on the spot. If she is pregnant, a million of her kittens might want to be the incorrect way and she is unable to beginning them, in which case all of them might want to die. TAKE HER TO THE VET on the on the spot!!!!!!!!!!!

I wud take her to to the vet and ask them, but she is probably just stretching. It shouldnt be a problem to her, because she wouldnt feel the fur.
