This is a very ignorant question. To say someone is tougher because of the land their forefathers came from is what is known as racism. Could a Europen beat an African? I really just hope this is a dumb question and you really don't think like this.

Depends on if the Mexican has a green card or not. Also, if the Dominican has a baseball bat hidden in his trunks when the ref gets distracted by the ring card girls. All things being equal I would have to go with the Mexican cuz we are all heart Rocko.
