To catch one is easy.
Cut a large hole in the ice. Big enough for a polar bear!
Get a can of peas and put the peas all around the hole in the ice.
Hide behind a snow bank.
When the polar bear bends over to take a pea.
Run up and kick him in the ice hole!

"Carbon Credits FOR Polar Bears" ??

AKA: ("Carbon Credits FROM Morons")

Oh,,. and to answer your question,... yes I've heard about the polar bears,... 'way back when I was a small child. Just what is the point of your question?

If you're talking about them drowning due to global warming, I'm all for buying them life-vests, but who's going to put them on the bears?
