You have to pay for it. Before you buy it type "vista problems" in the Search for questions box above.

While you waiting for Microsoft to fix Vista, try out some of the free, reliable up to date operating systems.

A fellow person who bought a computer with Windows Vista from Best Buy were having problem along with the other american who were purchase it.

Why is Windows Vista having problems?

Do you know?

Microsoft have lied stating that they make Windows Vista a backward compatiablity. This cause misguided customer to oblivion. They will then found out that their softwares is not compatiable and were screwed.

OpenGL was the ancestor of all your favorites old game like Doom, Quake, Hexen, etc. Why Microsoft take away OpenGL which is the foundation of all computer games?

Microsoft Programmer said that it 99.5% completes, does that make it right to sell a broken operation system?

If Windows Vista is still a beta then why are they being sold for over $100 - $1000. Beta version are for testing not to be used as a resale.

Beta still show that the operation system under testing but we computer users want a reliable LEAST instable operation system.

My question is ... is Beta version alway stable? The answer is NO!

In the history of Microsoft, I have never seen a beta Windows operation being sold to customer. Never. Why sell Beta? Money?

Computer industry like Geek Squad can earn extra money off of misleading customer for this Beta problems.

Robbing the people choices of choosing between Windows XP and Windows Vista is not right!

Best Buy and other known computer companies are leading customers to disaster for Windows Vista. A companies that mislead customer shouldn't have the credibility to sell "computer ready for Windows Vista".

When Best Buy, Geek Squad, and all other computer industries suggested Windows Vista. Don't take their word of it, take the words from people who already got Windows Vista and crying out in agony.

Thank you for hearing me out!
