It is not a real tomb. Watch it on Sunday. It will be exposed for what it is.

I am stunned at how uninformed many who have answered this and also how naive others are. Names were inscribed on the tombs. Granted, many of the names were common then but what are the odds of known related biblical characters all being buried in the same tomb. Further, DNA was done on Jesus and Mary Madella and was not a match indicating she was not related and likely a wife perhaps to Jesus as long suspected. I might point out also her true name and one of Jesus's brothers did not have a common spelling and as told in the bible it was the same spellings. It is also historical fact that priest have had the bible writings changed over the centuries and in some cases parts destroyed or omitted to suit the current church teachings. This of course explains why there are so many beliefs. I don't think it says anywhere in the bible, "no go forth and multiply and just to keep it interesting develop a bunch of different religions and interpretations. Jesus was nothing more than today's evangelist. We question those who claims miracles or special powers today but believe it took place 1000's of years ago. Doesn't make sense. Why is everyone so mad about it. At the very least it indicates that biblical characters existed. For those who believe he got up and walked away after being dead...I've got a bridge in San Francisco I'm looking to sell.

Or it must be good earlier us to at present yet is going surpassed neglected as an excellent style of issues are as they don't seem to be yet detected. That program on The History Channel about the Dark Ages actually looks more interesting.

I guess I’ll watch the tomb show so long as I get a guarantee that they won’t be using that song from Titanic.

what makes Paris Hilton any less of a person than Jesus. would Jesus say that it is ok to make fun of her to make money? and how would punishment form a loving god be any different for making fun and money off of Paris or Jesus. the Church has been making money from Jesus for the last 1500 years. and much more money than any movie ever will make at that.

British actually discovered it 11 years ago. There were literally hundreds of people named Jesus back then. And every archaeologist who was there before says it's not Him. Journalism is about reporting facts. This has already been proven false. That means it's nothing more than manipulation on James Cameron's part for money.

How can they find a tomb of someone ALIVE?

It's all a hoax...there were lots of people living in the same time as Jesus of Nazareth that were also named Jesus.

I will probably watch for fun, but these things have been going on for ages. Watch the famous clip of Geraldo opening Al Capone's vault. Sad, really sad. Makes the networks a lot of $$$ though, which stimulates the economy. You have to justify it somehow!
