To figure this out, I looked at my Nike shoes, it says they are 11.5 in U.S. sizes. and they are 29.5 cm. The way to do this is to take 29.5/11.5 = cm/us shoe size. So if, for instance you have a size 10 shoe, your equation would be 29.5/11.5 = cm (unknown)/10, to solve, multiply 10 x 29.5/11.5 = cm
answer cm = 25.65 if you have cm and the us shoe size is unknown, just plug cm into the equation. This is assuming that U.S. shoe size is praportional to cm. Which I would go ahead and assume it is.
