Good question. I tried to find it the first time I was in Seoul...never did. The map the TIC gave was less than informative and in Korean. Since I live in China one would think reading Korean would be a snap in comparison to trying to figure out Chinese characters, but it wasn't that day. I ended up all turned around coming out of the subway. In the end I walked from Itaewon (found a nice used book store and passed several embassies ) to the Namsan Cable Car and went to the North Seoul Tower instead.

The mosque is up the hill behind the fire station in Itaewon (you can see the minarets from the street). I suggest you start from Itaewon-ro, and going south, follow the road up the hill to the minarets. I am not Muslim, but think the mosque is attractive.

Emm...actually i dont know a mosque in Seoul, especially in ur city...Butn i have asked a same question to an expert in South Korea.

HE said that all places in this world is able to used for sholat/praying...so, we dont need to be worried to much...

It's not a really really a big deal =)
