But last time around him, i kept hearing in my head how everyone thinks confidence is sexy, but i couldn't keep it up. When i did try to act confident, I sounded stupid. How to i become natuarully confident, or at least fake it with out sounding stupid? OR show I just give up, and be my normal, unconfident self?

All you have to do to act confident is to turn off your brain, or at leas just not listen to it anymore. Just let your body take over. Also know that you can't make everybody like you, but why would you want to do that? That would be too much work.

Just be yourself. If you feel like being quiet. Just smile sweet and don't let him see your lack of confidence.
As you grow up you will gain the confidenice you need.

in my opinion to be confident in urself you need to think that you can do anything no matter what anyone elses says
