From the directions your supposed 2 plug your camera up to the usb port on the back of your computer, i done that, but when trying to use it as webcam it says not connected. i have made sure if was securely in there and everything can anyone help i really want this thing to work

Try taking a picture first then plug in and down load to pictures to see if your computer found the camera. Turn the camera on. Show me your instruction sheet. Mine has 2 ons, one for viewing and one for taking pictures. I don't think I can be much more help without first fixing my crystal ball.

try looking at your product manufacture, if not ask the shop where you purchased and he'll tell you what to do... Just that easy
