i've read that some of those bottled teas lack the antioxidants since they've been bottled and you don't know how long it's been on the shelf. The best way to get your antioxidants is to freshly brew your tea and drink it within 24 hours (iced or hot). I've read this on several sites, and i am a tea fanatic.

The tea in the bottle has less of the antioxidants than bag tea. So brewing your own green tea is best if you want the benifits of green tea. If you just like to drink it then, bottled tea is okay. Also when making tea, its better to dunk the bag rather than let it seep, more of the antioxidants are released.

I think it has too much sugar or something. When I drink it, I am more thirsty when I finish than I was when I started. As for the taste, it's ok.

I don't really care what kind of bottle it is in, just as long as it is clean.I just care about the taste.
