when attempting to download nero express from cd rom?

at the very end of the process, an error message comes up saying that the process was interupted before all files could be downloaded and to click finish and re-try. (it happens every time i attempt to install this program),Does anyone know what the problem could be??

I would call Nero's Tech Support because the error seems to be on their CD -

If your computer can handle it, it is a good idea to download it from their website. I always prefer to download programs, it installs with less problems, in general.
