Nope, I were given my era at the same time as i replaced into 12. My develop did decelerate at the same time as i replaced into 14 reason I used to have significant develop spurts.. yet i'm 16 now and characteristic merely grown back so all of us is distinct. i don't think of there is something you could do to keep growing to be taller, merely devour healthily and workout :)

Sad to say, when puberty hits women, they stop growing. The reason for this is that estrogen, the female hormone, is the antagonist to growth hormone. Once you hit puberty (as a woman), you stop growing within a year.

If you have not hit puberty yet, you should check with a doctor about your growth hormone levels but if you have hit puberty, there is little hope. By now, in 2 years, if you have not grown, your bones are solidifying and you are going to be the height you are. A doctor can confirm this with a simple x-ray.

If that is the case that your growth is finished, take dance, do weight lifting or other athletic lessons (yoga) to improve posture and eat sufficient calcium. Standing tall and being fit will disguise your height and make you seem taller. A muscular build and fitness will make you seem at least a half a foot taller. I don't recommend high heels as they are hard on the feet and posture for normal daily wear, but you can wear them for dress.

You might grow more in the future. Some people's growth "pauses" and then they will have a growth spurt, or you could be done growing. There isn't much you can do to make yourself be taller than your genes say you should be however make sure you eat healthy since poor nutrition can stunt growth.
