Carol Einarson is the woman's name. She started Cheers and Jeers on a website caled www.insiderracing.com before moving to a bit of a blog format on www.thatsracin.com
I haven't seen her column for some time no though. I miss it as she always had a unique perspective on things and pointed out something I may have missed watching the race myself.
