u see my dad is the prez of this major gas company. So i'm rich rich(not trying to brag) amd i just broke up with my bf because he only liked me for my money when i thought we were perfect . So i kind of have two questions 1. how do i know if a boy really likes me or for my money2.would u do that to me

I know it's really hard to find a guy who actually loves you for who you are. Simply, when you meet guys, don't even tell them you're rich. Don't talk about it, if they ask you, say you're normal (although it's sometimes kind of fun to brag about it a little....) when it comes to money. Maybe later when you and a guy are already having a serious relationship, you can tell him the truth. But when you first meet guys, ward off the jerks by just saying you're normal. (If everyone knows you're rich, then just say right now you're not because your dad is in a temporary financial crisis). Good luck, and, trust me, you'll find someone sooner or later.

I'm a girl, but I would never date someone just for their money. I'm not a "gold digger", as some people call it, and all the good guys out there aren't gold diggers either, so there's someone out there for you! :)

Is it possible, you simply thought that was true?

If you hate being rich, which is something I often wish Iwas, why don't you help people financially? If you wish, you could post a question on here, asking if anyone would like to be helped by you.

First of all KOKO, I don't know you're a guy or a girl. Second, money, power, fame don't dig me because I've earned them by my two empty hands and not relying on my rich father which I don't have a rich father, just a father. Before flashing your father's fortunes on my face, don't assume all guys are like your ex-boyfriend.

personally i would be happy you had money, but i wouldnt be able to stand the idea of a woman supporting me, unless i was hurt, but even then i still wouldnt like it.

i guess its a personal type thing. i feel like im the one supposed to support the person im with. so no i would not do that to you.

i guess you could tell by really talking to him and looking him straight in the eyes. because when alex(my gf) looks me in the eyes i cant lie, even if i wanted to.

you only know in time. when you are at your worst, someone who truely loves you will be there and at their best for you. and money shouldn't matter at the end of the day because it's not "real". i would never date, ect. based on money.
