No. We are to be separate from the world, meaning its way of life, not the world itself.

1 John 2:15-17 states, "Do not love the world, nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him, because all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passes away, and the lust of it, but he who does the will of God abides forever." God's Holy Spirit living in you will find most of the worldly stuff repulsive. But if He is not living in you, you might not find it repulsive at all.

"Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For everything in the world-the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does comes not from the Father but from the world.. The world and it's desires pass away, but the man who does the will of God lives forever." I John 2:15-17

We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. -2 Corinthians 10:5

You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons too; you cannot have a part in both the Lord's table and the table of demons. -1 Corinthians 10:21

no he wants us to live like christ, and love everyone, maybe not what do but ,for who they are, remember Go made everyone.
We are Christians and we shoud be like christ, and tell them
about the Lord and .look for the good in people, and love the
world because God made it to, The reason why people find
the world and hate is because they don't know God.

the world,.. meaning I think, is all the bad things....the answer is yes. God has shown mercy in soo many ways. He is not and will not tolerate all the bad things in this world. He turned Lots wife into a pillar of salt and brought down Sodom and Gamorrah. God hates all the bad things in this world.

Why, would he hate the world.
John 3:16 - For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believe in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
God loved the world so much that he gave his only son to die for our sins. That shows how much god loves us.

If you had read the book, then you would already know we are told not to worry nor look at the earth, but to worry about our own land, and to worry there only.
That is why you don't see many of us getting upset about what goes on elsewhere, for we are told not to worry about it.
Just like when you are a child and you get in trouble but your sister doesn't....and your dad says......don't worry about it, it doesn't pertain to you. Same thing here.
