How about the professor says something like "Aubry, you didn't do well in my class right now....Why don't you stay after class, so that I can give you one on one tutoring session. And if you want to bring your grade up a little bit faster, then there are some extracredits that I have for you to do....So, why don't you see me after class today at 6 p.m and we will go over the organic chemistry problems...Alright Aubry, I'll see you then."
