Outside cats will hide to have babies.
Soon after birth, the mama moves them. She may move them a few times until they can walk around for themselves.
Chances are, you will never see them.
At this point, only a vet can tell you how far along she is.
I know you're a kid and can't really do anything, but if your parents or guardians call the SPCA or animal control, they can have her fixed for not much money.
Good luck.

My cat had her litter 6months ago. I really didnt have to do anything because its in their instinct to know what to do. When a cat gives birth it usually takes about an hour give and take to deliever each kitten after that is done she then starts bitting on the cord to separate her from her kittens then she cleans the babies and she may eat the sack and the cord (its normal), they say it has nutrition thats good for the mother so dont worry if she starts eating the sack...

cats give birth 60 days after concieving.(not like humans which take 9 months)

Things you have to be careful with:

1.Make sure you feed her kitten food because she is now eating
for more than just her and she needs the calories from the
kitten food. and always have a clean bowl of water available

2. Make sure she doesnt bite to close to the belly button when
she separates the kittens from her...(no more than an inch
from the babies belly button.

3. When u think she may be done delievering you may want to
check and feel her belly right between her thighs for lumps
(you are checking for more babies, in some cases there may
be still born babies she hasnt delievered)

4. Have clean towels available incase she may need your help
to clean off the kittens.

5. Have your local vet number available incase something may
go wrong.

*You should really have her indoors especially if she is pregnant.
I hope you understand the risks of having her outside while she is pregnant....like:

-other cats will kill the babies
-the kittens are most likely going to be infested with worms which can cause a lot of different sicknesses
-they might wonder off and get hit by a car

***I think you get the point

After she gives birth you may want to have them indoors then leave the kittens with the mother for at least 6 wks and she will care for them within that time then u can find the kittens GOOD homes where they will take GOOD CARE!!! of the kittens..

You may even want to spay her as soon as possible so you can help with the overpopulating problem of homeless cats..because she will be able to get pregnant again within 2 1/2-3 wks after giving birth...

GOOD LUCK!!!!! and i hope u make the right decision

Cats have been having kittens outside for years. The way to tell if they are close to birthing is if their temperature drops (which I'm sure the cat wont let you do. Also they produce milk right before birthing too. If you can have a little house for her near the spot where she usually goes it would be a nice place for her to have them. Have some blankets in their for her to help keep the babies warm/ Even just put some blankets out there for her would help too. Make sure she has plenty of food and water out there too. She will need to eat a lot to help produce milk for the babies.
Good luck

You should not let her have kittens outside...there are way too many dangers for them. Either bring her inside or surrender her and the kittens to a cat rescue where they can be properly taken care of and socialized.

I don't what friendly advice you want if you plain out refuse to do the right thing.

You should try to provide some short of shelter for her, if you have a shed or garage try to get her to go in it now so she starts to think of it as home. I knew someone how's cat had her kittens in an old rabbit hutch at the bottom of the garden. Also as soon as the kittens are about 4 to 5 weeks old try to catch them and bring them in doors if you can i no it sounds cruel but if you don't they will not be used to people and will become feral and be hard to re home. also you should see about getting your cat neutered.

cats are brilliant mothers. She will look after them wherever she has them, she will look for a "nest" somewhere where she is hidden away, somewhere where she spends most of her time, maybe you could take her a bed out there, try and temp her to have them in a place where you want her to be. She may even choose an old shed somewhere, but wherever it is it will be hidden away. She will need double of he food as she will eat loads towards the end of her pregnancy. keep a close eye on her, make a fuss of her. My cat came to me when she was in labour!

You might want to put a box or blankets out there for her. But if she feels threatened she will hide the kittens. If her belly is really big and she waddles, she has not got far to go, maybe within 2 weeks.

Take her to the humane society- they will be able to take care of her better than you are. How can you not allow your cat to come indoors in the middle of winter? Its dangerous for her to be outside in winter weather. Her kittens will most likely freeze to death. If you do keep the cat then you need to be a responsible pet owner and get her spayed ASAP, that way she will not get pregnant again. If you take her to the humane society they will take good care of her, feed her, give her a warm place to sleep and then spay her and spay/neuter her kittens when they are born. They will be able to be adopted to a good home.

just do nothing . sit back and watch . let your cat meow all she wants. just watch how and you will know how when you are pregnant.
