because... the governments buried itself in debt trying to save the world, there's too much untaxed US personal income (illegal alliens, cash deals, etc.) and these among other issues leave the honest hard working Americans to pickup the tab

Rich people pay a lot of taxes - and that's right. The poor, usually not that much. The government needs money to keep public services ranging from transit to environment protection, including health and education. Without public services, there would be no way to live.
Sometimes, governments charge too much, but people can answer to that with their votes on the following election and keeping track of their representatives.

So we can keep providing jobs that people claim are needed. Do you think any city or government worker wants taxes cut.... if they say yes, they are lying...... they would be asking to have thier own jobs cut
