Tell your parents how bad it really hurts you. Think back did you injury yourself in any way? Any sports at school?Ask if you can take some Advil or Tylenol for the pain. Let your parent know if the Advil or Tylenol didn't help the pain. It could be tendonitis, and the Advil should make it feel better, this will decrease inflammation in the tendon. Also some warm moist heat couldn't hurt unless the area is swollen if it is swollen then use ice packs. When using thermal therapy ( either heat or cold) the heat or cold should not be directly against skin. This can cause injury such as freezing or burns. Thermal therapy should be on for 15 minutes an hour only then remove. If the arm continues to hurt it should be checked by a health care professional. Good luck

Could you have done something to break your arm? Is there swelling? Did you take a painkiller and did it help any? Growing pains are usually not so severe as to make you cry. How long has it been hurting? Did it gradually get worse or did it start hurting badly out of the blue? If the pain doesn't go away in another day or two or the pain doesn't lessen on taking a painkiller, you might want to go to the doctor for an x-ray or at least an exam.

Do you use a computer mouse frequently, without any arm or wrist support? I've had some similar pain from that before, but not so severe as to cause tears.

Go to the doctor or school nurse! You may have a fracture or broken bone... I don't think pulling a muscle or growing pains would cause these symptoms. Urge your parents to get it checked out by a doctor.

Good luck, let us know how it goes!

If you use your right hand a lot it can just be muscle fatigued ; a cramp. Eat some protein it will help repair any damage done to the muscle. Or If you have any icyhot use that.

It could be carpal tunnel or tendinitis. Both are very painful.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome... you need to see a doctor. This won't go away on its own.
