My Rates
1-2 kids ~ $5.00/hour
Each additional child ~ $1.25/hour
*When you are babysitting a baby under 10 months old, you should ask to be paid a bit more than your regular charge, since you must give more attention, change the baby, feed the baby, and put the baby to bed.

I do childcare for a living and I charge $5.00 an hour for the first 5 hours (per child) I discount a little for families with 2 or 3 kids in care. I know that sounds like a lot but after snacks, crafts and your hard work you will find it is pretty fair.

i would say at least 8 dollars an hour,if it is during the day, that is a lot of work, diapers bottles, trips to bathroom, coordinating it with perfect timing, not an easy task, if it is in evening when they will be sleeping,5 dollars per hour. do you know these kids well, are they a handful?my 3 grandchildren are 1,2,&3, same mom; when i watch them they have so much energy and you have to watch little ones so closely, don't get taken advantage of 3 little ones are a lot to be responsible for...at least $8 at least.

You should charge four dollars per hour per child. In this case, it would be $36 for the three hours.

I'd charge $20 an hr for three kids. It is usually $8 a kid so they get a discount.

I would think ten dollars a hour because you will be watching three children and changing diapers.

In my experience, it depended on how many kids, how many hours and if I was expected to do more than babysit.
$5/hr per kid sounds reasonable.

Depends where you live and how old you are and the responsibilities you have to take on (cooking, cleaning, etc...). Ask others in your area what they get.
