Go to a movie with her.... slowing inch toward her and look her in the eyes. Dont open you mouth unless you want your tongue to get involved. Start leaning in ( but dont close you eyes until you start or you might miss your target). Most likely she will start to but if she doesnt just kiss her on the cheek. IT REALLY WORKS

Maybe you should let her know you want to kiss her by making the first move its not uncalmin for this to happened most couples are shy about showing affection and sometimes the other partner has to make the first move!

Make sure you are the one to make the first move. She is most likely really shy and thinks you don't want to kiss her yet.
