I went to this said to be haunted hotel in South Park, Colorado and my dad took a pictue of me in this phone booth and there was said to be other ghost sightings over there, so he took the picture, and we looked at it, and i had this blueish ring around my head. Does this mean anything at all?

The camera was in perfect condition, and there as no smoke.

It might mean nothing but if you believe something was there then it is very possible. It's hard to say without a picture but it's very possible.

It PROBABLY means there was an abnormality with your camera, the flash, or the lighting. Since it was in a phonebooth, I suspect that some light may have reflected off some metal or glass, and that is what caused the glare.

People see in different "light spectrums" for several reasons. I personally believe that we ALL are gifted in different areas and should make it a practice not to judge nor stereotype people of their capabilities. You should not discount this just because you have not experienced it yourself, but rather learn from others'. No one has all the answers and/or explanations---just attempt to keep an open mind. There are entities present, whether you see or feel them, that are misconstrued. They are present for good reasons and sometimes bad, but they are there and feel compelled to make their presence known.

What that is (was) I couldn't tell.
But as far as ghosts, they do exist. However, the truth about them is that wicked spirit persons are behind it. 1 Samuel 28:6-14 tells of the account of Saul going to a spiritmedium to contact Samuel who was dead. Spiritism (contact with spirits) is something God does not approve of. (Deu 18:9-13.)
The Creator explains in Eccl 9:5,6,10 that dead people are not conscious, so no one can interact with a dead person, but is interacting with demons who trick people to believe they are talking to a dead person.
