You either need to call an attorney to help you handle this or find someone to watch your baby and then turn yourself in. It will look better for you. I don't know what state you live in but in NY they usually give you 30-60 days to pay the fines. I understand you just had the baby but I really think it's in your and your baby's best interest to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Without slamming you on your past I suggest a couple of things.
First, your baby is in the NICU. Other than for your peace of mind, you do not need to be there 24/7. Go take care of your immediate problems so you can concentrate on your baby.
Second, with #1 in mind, contact the prosecutor's office and/or the court and explain your situation, they may or may not help.
Third, Once you have contacted the above parties, contact a relative or friend to get some $$ for your fines.
Fourth, contact DSHS and get assistance. They have counselors that will help you with the stress of a sick child, no job, housing etc.
Last, once you get your legal problems settled and your baby out of danger, OBEY THE LAW, stay away from the friends that are no good for you, get a job and get on with life.

A couple of warrants? Couple???? I guess you tend to learn things the hard way.
You have a baby, no husband and don't have any money or a job yet you have a computer and an internet connection.
Somehing is wrong with this picture.
I'd say you need to contact the local prosecutor, explain the situation about the baby. Plead with them o allow you time to see your baby through the crisis it is oing through and agree to face whatever punishment you need to once the baby is better.
In the meantime I would get a job if I were you.

It is probably better to deal with this while your baby is still in hospital. The nurses take super good care of them and will continue to do so even if you are stuck in court. It will be harder once to deal with once the baby is home. No use ignoring the warrants they will not go away.

Call the district attorney and explain the circumstances. Set up a payment plan. Borrow money to pay off the tickets. Do what it takes for your baby!

I don't know about where your at.....but here is how it works here. You go in and turn yourself in on the warrants and you go in front of the judge. You plead guilty or not guilty and the judge gives you a court date to appear next for sentencing or preliminary exam. You do not have to spend time in jail waiting to appear in front of the judge.
Call your local district court clerk and tell then you have warrants, tell them you want to turn yourself in but that you are a new mom. They will give you details as far as how to take care of it.

Turn yourself in before you get in a bigger mess. Your baby is going to need you.
Clean up your act, accept your punishment and get about the business of taking care of the child you decided to bring into this world.

well how much longer dose the baby have to be in hospital do you have anyone who can step in and sign papers for your child like hubbie or parents you could sign a noterized statement stateing that they are allowed to sign for medical treatment and they can remove your baby from hospital when it is time for it to leave use useally around my area they will arreset you or if you turn your self in they will let you sign your own bond and they will release you in a couple hours , i personally would sign some consent forms for my child to be taken care of first then i would explain to dr about what has happened and let him know someone will be there for the baby and let him know who it is and theyer phone numbers and stuff and then i would make arrangement to turn myself in mybe you can talk to them let them know your situation and they will a little nicer but i think you can sign your own bond , i know some that have been in alot of trouble and got to sign there own bond hope this helps and ill keep your little one in my prayers

You should turn your self in.
It always looks better in the judges eyes
You might wait until Monday so you don't spend the weekend in the slammer.
This problem will not go away, you must face it.
good luck.
