I have a friend who recently told me that he was in love with me. Well, he also just so happens to be good friends with my *boyfriend*. We're all good friends and hang out almost every weekend. I haven't told me boyfriend because I don't want our friendship with him to be ruined.

He doesn't want anything to come of it, he just felt he owed it to me to tell me.

I'm just not sure how to behave around him now. I don't want him to waste time in love with me when there are loads of other girls who could love him.

He doesn't want to get together with me...and I would NEVER betray my boyfriend. Ever.

The guys are good friends, but I'm also good friends with him. Nothing is going to change.

You have to tell him that you don't feel the same about him and that although you respect him telling you his feelings that he needs to keep looking for his perfect girl.

Just tell him boyfriends come and go but a real friend is for life. So you would rather have him for a friend than a boyfriend! That is what I always told them and I told my daughter to do the same and she did. You know we both still have some of them for friends!! They do make the best friends in the end!!!

Well.. you should definately tell your boyfriend! But make sure he knows that the both of you know nothing will ever come of it, but your boyfriend might be able to talk him out of it. You also might want to try introducing him to some girls. And you definately don't need to do anything about it, cause it's not your fault. Just try to forget he told you about it and go on like normal.

Tell him that all you feel for him is friendship and nothing else. As long as he doesn't start hitting on you the friendship shouldn't change. You also might think about setting him up with one of your girlfriends. Who is to say something might evolve from that and his feeling may change towards you. Good Luck

Don't mess with him like that. If you do you friendship will end and then you will be in love. And when you break up he will say I don't even want to be your friend or nothing. And believe me I know that's the hurt-est feeling in the world.

Don't break his heart darling, remember that in today's world, girls are the ones that ask guy out, if he took the courage to tell you that he likes u take it personal and tell that both of u should see how far can the relationship take u. don't be shy, go for it.

Tough one, but he's a sleazeball, hasn't he heard of the old 'bros before ho's'? That is really tacky for him to come on to you like that. Tell your boyfriend, this guy is not a friend.
