how can you make an easy model of hydro-electricity? this is for a sixth grade school project.thank you!!!!!!!

You should get a motor for 4 bucks and get a speaker. (Any kind. ) Hook up the speaker to the motor with wires. (Dont worry about + or -) Get a wide propeller that fits onto your motor. Then, Place they water under a faucet and let the water run. The porpeller should spin like a turbine on a real dam. The speaker will sound. And WALLA! There you go. (DONT USE ANYTHING BESIDES THE SPEAKER BECAUSE LEDs AND OTHER STUFF BECAUSE THEY WILL BE HARDLY DETECTABLE BECAUSE THE MOTOR WILL PRODUCE LITTLE ELECTRICITY)

You can use a motor out of a toy car for the generator and use it to light an LED (50 cents@Radio Shack). Just figure out how to build a paddle wheel or something to turn it with falling water.
