Usually it ranges from $2,000 to $5,000. I've even heard of up to $7,000. It usually depends on where your dentist office is located and what kind of braces you are getting.
Yes, it seems like a lot, but most dentist/orthodontists offer monthly payment plans with no interest.
You can also see how much your insurance covers, if you have any.

Im a dental assistant in oklahoma and our barces cost $4000.00 for a full set of silver brackets. Its about $500 extra for the porcelain brackets. The porcelain are bulkier than the silver and the pocelain are also harder to work with. Sometimes they chip or break. There seems to be less problems with the silver. In some cases DHS(Department of Human Services) will cover the exspense of braces depending on how exteme your case may be and your age and income. They will also cover on cross bites.

It varies depending on the orthodontist and each dental case. I am here in the midwest and I am getting ceramic braces and paying $6000. Just check around with orthodontists in your area. Most offer consultations for little to no fee and that way you can get an idea of how much they will cost you.

my braces cost about $3500. i applied for cobra dental insurance and they have helped to pay half. i decided to get them when i turned 18 and it was the best decision i've ever made. alot of the times you don't even have to wear them that long. i wore them for maybe a year and 3 months.

about $3000... relying on how a lot must be fixed. once you've dental coverage, that usually covers about 0.5 the fee. you need to search for suggestion out of your dentist and get an estimate.

Usually...
$1,000 for only one(which means only top or bottom.)
$2,000 for full set.
But it also depends on what kind your getting: normal, clear?
