3 in 1 become 2 in 1 when Jesus is on the earth, what about 1 in 1 when Holy Sprit is doing something magical on the earth as well?

There is only one God, but there are three divine Persons within that one God. Since all three of them are God, all three of them are omnipresent, and therefore it is meaningless to speak of any one of them being a certain place and not another place. God doesn't leave here to go there. He simply IS here and IS there, at every moment.

God is omnipresent.
The Holy Spirit has many roles at this time.
It leads and guides believers
It leads and guides people to realize the need in their lives for Jesus Christ
It speaks to God the Father for believers when we don't know what to say to Him in prayer

I get what your saying but all three arent 3 different God's. They all make 1 God but are three different beings under one Godhead. The bible says "there are 3 that bear record in heaven and these three are one".

No.

Holy spirit has no name because it isn't a person.
It is the power --energy-- of God, his active force,
which can be adapted to perform a huge variety of operations.

Actually, ru'ach --meaning "breath; wind; spirit-- is the word most frequently used in the Hebrew Scriptures for "spirit".

Pneu'ma --which has a similar meaning--
is the word used in the Greek Scriptures.

"God’s active force was moving to and fro over the surface of the waters." -- Genesis1:2

The Almighty is a Triunity. There are dimensions that are out of this world that we don't understand.
