Bring it up in a positive manner, somewhere that wont feel creepy. Make sure she knows its because you like her, and all that jazz, if it doesn't work, she'll take it as a compliment, and thats cool.

The same way you ask a guy out, but instead of saying "Hey, let's go to the monster truck show", you say "Hey, wanna go see that new romantic comedy movie?" If she says "no", ask her if she has another movie she'd like to see instead. If she still says "no", punch her in the head and tell her she's a lesbian.

just say I'm going to see such and such a movie do you want to come. what's the worst that's gonna happen? if she says no you're like, OK I'm still goin to the movies. that's fun right? not as much fun as if a girl went with u, but that's how I'd play it.

just ask her if your to shy then ask her if she would like to do something don't say its a date unless she dus never ask her if shes doing anything then Waite for a anser then ask her it will make her fill like your trying to control her and she wont like it ask her how school or her job is going then ask her if she wants to do something on ________ night you can say would you like to see _____ with me it looks interesting or would you like to go play -_____ with me i haven't dun it in a while and was wondering if you would go with me good luck
