Take off the door panel.

This sight has many pics and directions for almost any car make and model for changing or removing speakers and but they charge like 4.99 or something I think they use paypal but Maybe it is just as easy to tak the door panel off Hope this helped some

They don't. Remove the inner door panel - the speakers screw on from the back.

you probably have to remove the door panel,my truck is made the same way ,the covers are part of the door panels,good luck.
