because the one you are sending an email to has blocked anyone sending them emails from this site.

You have to go through Yahoo's hoops....click on the person's profile and find the place that says they can receive e-mail. From there it gives you a link to use. If someone sends you an e-mail you have to reply with the link in the e-mail from Yahoo.
